Jessica answered the phone when I called and she was so wonderful and friendly! Then Joshua came out, fixed the problem, didn't try to overcharge or lie to us about needing a new one. He was honest and said it's good now but eventually they all fail and recommended the best brand of disposal which is what I have. I have had such horrible interactions with other plumbing companies that were no shows or would "quote the job" in excess of $300 to do something that literally took less than 5 mins to fix. Such a rip off! But this company, honest, both employees were so lovely and friendly. I have now found my new go to plumber! Thanks Jessica and Joshua!

Joshua is the nicest, most helpful plumber I've ever hired. He was able to install a new toilet the day after I contacted him, but more important, he identified the source of the leak in the old toilet that caused extensive water damage while we were away, and when our insurance claim was denied, he *returned* the old toilet so we have it as evidence when disputing the claim denial, *and* he added a note to his invoice explaining that, in his professional opinion, a crack in the old toilet's tank was responsible for the severe leak and resulting water damage. Above and beyond!

Joshua was very pleasant to work with. He was on time, and determined the problem and fixed it quickly. Joshua explained everything that was happening and gave a solution. The price was very reasonable. I feel confident enough to recommend him to my friends.

I called had them replace a faucet for me. I got an appointment for them. They showed up on time and got it installed in a timely manner.

I also called them to fix 3 shut off valves. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful on the phone on a Saturday morning. Joshua showed up in a timely manner. He replaced all 3 shut off valves which saved me a headache. I will use them again for my plumbing needs

I was looking for someone to help me locate the drainage pipe at my son’s house. I contacted several companies, and they were the first ones to get back to me, so I gave them the job. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process, the price they gave me over the phone was accurate with no additional costs, and the service was excellent. I also showed them my son’s military ID because he is an active-duty military member, and they gave me the military discount.
Thank you so much
