Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jessica answered the phone when I called and she was so wonderful and friendly! Then Joshua came out, fixed the problem, didn't try to overcharge or lie to us about needing a new one. He was honest and said it's good now but eventually they all fail and recommended the best brand of disposal which is what I have. I have had such horrible interactions with other plumbing companies that were no shows or would "quote the job" in excess of $300 to do something that literally took less than 5 mins to fix. Such a rip off! But this company, honest, both employees were so lovely and friendly. I have now found my new go to plumber! Thanks Jessica and Joshua!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joshua is the nicest, most helpful plumber I've ever hired. He was able to install a new toilet the day after I contacted him, but more important, he identified the source of the leak in the old toilet that caused extensive water damage while we were away, and when our insurance claim was denied, he *returned* the old toilet so we have it as evidence when disputing the claim denial, *and* he added a note to his invoice explaining that, in his professional opinion, a crack in the old toilet's tank was responsible for the severe leak and resulting water damage. Above and beyond!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called had them replace a faucet for me. I got an appointment for them. They showed up on time and got it installed in a timely manner.

I also called them to fix 3 shut off valves. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful on the phone on a Saturday morning. Joshua showed up in a timely manner. He replaced all 3 shut off valves which saved me a headache. I will use them again for my plumbing needs

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was looking for someone to help me locate the drainage pipe at my son’s house. I contacted several companies, and they were the first ones to get back to me, so I gave them the job. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process, the price they gave me over the phone was accurate with no additional costs, and the service was excellent. I also showed them my son’s military ID because he is an active-duty military member, and they gave me the military discount.
Thank you so much

Why Does My Hot Water Run Out So Quickly?

Few things are more frustrating than stepping into a hot shower only to have the water turn cold a few minutes later. If you experience hot water running out faster than it used to, the problem may be related to your water heater, household demand, sediment buildup, or a failing component. Some hot water problems are relatively simple to correct, while others may indicate that the water heater is approaching the end of its useful life. Understanding the possible causes can help you determine when it's time to call a plumber.

Common Drain Problems in Orangevale Homes

Drain problems are among the most common plumbing issues homeowners encounter. A slow bathroom sink, clogged kitchen drain, or backed-up shower may seem like a minor inconvenience, but recurring drainage problems can sometimes indicate a larger issue within your plumbing system. Knowing the warning signs can help Orangevale homeowners address problems early and avoid more extensive repairs. Reliable Rooter & Plumbing Pro provides professional drain cleaning and plumbing services for homeowners throughout Orangevale and the surrounding Sacramento area. Here are some of the most common drain problems homeowners should watch for.

How New Plumbing Fixtures Can Lower Your Water Bill

If you’ve noticed your monthly water bill steadily increasing, your plumbing fixtures could be part of the problem. Older faucets, showerheads, and toilets often use significantly more water than today’s high-efficiency models. Even small leaks or outdated designs can waste thousands of gallons of water each year, leading to unnecessary expenses. Upgrading to modern plumbing fixtures is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to conserve water while improving the comfort and functionality of your home. Whether you’re remodeling your kitchen or simply replacing aging fixtures, investing in water-efficient plumbing can provide noticeable savings over time.
